1. Company Information
Iron to Empire is a Doing Business As (DBA) of Realm Tech Studio LLC. All purchases made through this webstore are made with Realm Tech Studio LLC.
2. Digital Products
All items sold through this webstore are digital goods intended for use on the Iron to Empire Minecraft server.
Because these are digital products that are delivered automatically, all sales are final.
No Refunds
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Crowns
- Mystery Dust
- Cosmetic items
- Crate keys
- Ranks
- Bundles
- Any other digital purchases made through the store
Purchasing an item constitutes acceptance of this no-refund policy.
3. Crowns
Crowns are an in-game currency item.
By purchasing or obtaining Crowns, you acknowledge that:
- Crowns may be lost upon death in-game.
- Players lose 20% of the Crowns they are carrying each time they die.
- Example: If you have 10 Crowns and die, you will respawn with 8 Crowns.
- The Crowns lost on death may be collected by other players where game mechanics allow, including PvP situations.
- Lost or stolen Crowns will not be restored or refunded.
These mechanics are an intended part of gameplay.
4. Mystery Dust
Mystery Dust is an in-game cosmetic currency.
Mystery Dust has no cash value and is used only for cosmetic-related features within Iron to Empire.
Mystery Dust purchases are final and are not refundable.
5. Server Availability
While we strive to keep Iron to Empire online and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, bugs, technical issues, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect gameplay or purchases.
6. Rule Enforcement
All purchases are subject to the Iron to Empire Server Rules.
Violations of server rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or removal of purchased privileges where appropriate.
Purchases do not exempt players from server rules.
7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of access to the server and associated purchases while the dispute is investigated.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
8. Changes
Realm Tech Studio LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, store pricing, products, rewards, or gameplay mechanics at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the webstore or server constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
